I had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Vu for an eye exam today and I was very pleased. I made a last minute appointment because I was very worried about my vision and they did a great job making the visit smooth and effortless. The nurse was very sweet and patient and Dr.Vu was very informative and reassuring. Would recommend others to come here.

This place is very friendly and thorough. I was seen within 5 mins of checking in. They have a vase variety of glasses in the show room. I highly recommend this optometry.

This was my first time at this location. There are so many optometry places in Long Beach/Lakewood to choose from. I wanted to try a different one and noticed this was close by, took my insurance, and had good reviews. The whole place is very clean and every person I interacted with was kind and professional. I appreciate how all of their forms are digital and they utilize iPads for signing and also send you the initial paperwork for your insurance prior to your appointment. They also had a great text/reminder system to make sure my appointment time still worked for me and i was prepared ahead of time. My initial exam was done by Kelly, she was super sweet and informative. I then saw Dr. Caleb Tang who thoroughly answered all my questions and walked me through the rest of the exam and explained the "why" for each step which I appreciated. Overall a much better experience from other places I've visited. Highly recommended!

Fast without making me feel rushed, with friendly and VERY helpful staff! I never would have picked the pair I did on my own, and its the cutest frames i've ever seen. I don't think I'll ever change where I get my eyes checked.

All the employees were welcoming, got me In for my exam at the appointment on time, the technology at the office was advanced, Dr. Tang was friendly and explained everything clearly. I was not pressured to purchase anything at that store although I did choose to purchase my prescription glasses there

The staff were very friendly and helpful. I looked at about a dozen glasses and the person helping me was very patient and kind. The doctor explained everything to me in simple terms that I could understand. The office was very neat and organized. Honestly one of the best experiences I've had at the eye doctor.

I have been a patient here for over 20 years. Always easy to get an appointment, never wait long and the doctor is patient friendly and professional. On occasion, they have gotten me in the same day for an emergent issue, that has been greatly appreciated.I highly recommend this office.

I have been a patient here for many years. Friendly staff, knowledgeable doctors, nice facilities. They have Optomap which is a device that looks at a larger area of your retina for an additional $40, which is money well spent. I will keep going here.
